When you come for your Appointment please remember to obtain and bring the following

• Forms filled out by your GP if you are eligible for a Medicare Rebate
• The initial session will be for collecting individual information to construct a personalised Exercise Plan. All sessions that follow this initial session, wear comfortable clothes, you can move comfortably in

If you need to cancel an Appointment

Telephone the office during business hours and allow at least 1 day's notice so that we can offer your appointment time to patients on our waiting list.

Cancellation Policy

Out of the 5 sessions in the package, clients can only cancel one session out of the five sessions without losing their payment for that session. However, to not lose this payment, 24 hours notice must be given.
